Refundable vs. Non-Refundable

Non-Refundable: your purchase will not be refundable under any circumstances.

Refundable (powered by Spot): cancel your unused pass for any reason.

Unused pass, before November 26, 2026: 100% refund of the pass price, minus the 5.9% processing fee.
Unused pass, November 26, 2026 – February 28, 2027: prorated refund based on the season remaining, less 10% (starting at 90%).
Unused pass after February 28, 2027, or any used pass: no refund.

Non-Refundable passes cannot be refunded or cancelled for any reason.
Refundable passes can be cancelled if unused: before November 26, 2026 for the pass price minus the 5.9% processing fee, or November 26, 2026 – February 28, 2027 for a prorated refund through Spot. No refunds after February 28, 2027 or once a pass has been used.
The 5.9% processing fee is non-refundable.

Passes are mailed by Telluride Ski Resort, or you may pick up your pass at the Season Pass Office at the resort.
