Non-Peak Private Transfer – Date Selection

Choose this category if none of your travel dates fall within the Peak periods: Dec. 20–Jan. 5, Jan. 14–18, or Feb. 11–15.

For a round-trip reservation, both travel legs must fall outside the Peak dates. If one portion of your trip is Peak and the other is Non-Peak, please book two separate one-way reservations to ensure correct pricing.

Telluride Express operates more Telluride airport transfers than all other transportation services combined. They provide private transportation between Montrose Regional Airport (MTJ), Telluride Regional Airport (TEX), Telluride, Mountain Village, and other regional airports.

Private Vehicle Service

Your vehicle is reserved exclusively for your party. There is no waiting for additional passengers and no other passenger pickups or drop-offs. Private transportation is priced per vehicle rather than per person.

24/7 customer support is available for booked guests.

Private Vehicle Options

1–5 Passengers: Private SUV

6–10 Passengers: Private Van

11–14 Passengers: Larger Private Vehicle

Booking & Confirmation

Reservations should be booked at least 48 hours in advance.

Once your transportation is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email, followed by a Telluride Express confirmation containing your transportation details.

Baggage & Ski Equipment

Standard baggage includes 2 bags + 1 personal item / carry-on per guest.

Skis, snowboards, and ski/snowboard bags are included and are not considered oversized items.

Very large or unusual items, such as bicycles, should be disclosed in advance and may require additional space or fees.

Cancellation Policy & Terms

80% refund when canceled at least 24 hours prior to scheduled pickup.
No refunds for cancellations or changes within 24 hours of pickup, including weather, road, or airline changes.
