Two-Person Minimum Required
A two-person minimum is required for the shared shuttle to operate. If you book for one traveler and no other passenger is confirmed on your departure, you will be contacted approximately 48 hours before pickup and may either pay for the second seat or cancel under the cancellation policy below.

No shared shuttle service is available Dec. 21–Jan. 3 or Feb. 11–Feb. 15.

Select a shuttle departure at least 4 hours before winter flights and 3 hours before summer flights.
Shared Shuttle Service & Group Size
Groups of 1–5 passengers may book shared shuttle service. TelluRides operates a limited number of shared shuttles each day and prioritizes single travelers and smaller groups to maintain availability.
While shared-shuttle vehicles can accommodate up to 14 passengers, TelluRides typically books no more than 10 passengers per shuttle. The exact number of passengers cannot be guaranteed at the time of booking.
Shared shuttle service may include multiple pre-scheduled guest pickups and drop-offs in Telluride and Mountain Village.
Shared shuttles do not make requested stops. Stops are limited to the pre-scheduled pickups and drop-offs for shuttle passengers.
Booking & Confirmation
Reservations should be booked at least 48 hours in advance.
Once your transportation is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation with your pickup and transportation details.
Flight Delays & Missed Shuttles
If your flight is delayed but you arrive before your scheduled shuttle departure, TelluRides will wait for you to make your way through baggage claim.
If your delay causes you to miss your scheduled shuttle, your reserved seats remain chargeable. Depending on your new arrival time and availability, TelluRides may be able to place you on a later shuttle under a new reservation.
For departures from Telluride / Mountain Village, please be prepared for your vehicle within the designated pickup window and watch your phone for a call or text from your driver.
Baggage & Ski Equipment
Shared shuttle service includes 2 bags + 1 carry-on per guest.
Skis, snowboards, and ski/snowboard bags are included at no additional charge.
Your driver will assist with loading and unloading luggage. Very large or unusual items should be disclosed in advance and may require special handling or private transportation.
Children, Pets & Service Animals
Car seats and booster seats are available at no additional charge when requested in advance. For infants or children with specific fitting requirements, bringing your own car seat is recommended.
Failure to request a car seat or booster in advance may result in an additional fee.
Service animals are permitted on shared shuttle service.
Pets are permitted on private transportation only.
Reservation Changes & Additional Policies
Changes to pickup times, travel dates, flights, passenger counts, or other reservation details should be submitted at least 48 hours before service and remain subject to availability.
No refund or credit is available after vehicle dispatch or for a missed pickup or no-show.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 48 hours before pickup for a 90% refund.
Cancellations received within 48 hours of pickup are non-refundable.
Transportation schedules, availability, operating policies, fees, and blackout dates are subject to change.
