Locally owned and operated with a 4.9-star customer rating, TelluRides provides professional private transportation between Montrose Regional Airport (MTJ), Telluride Regional Airport (TEX), Telluride, Mountain Village, and destinations throughout Southwest Colorado. Your vehicle is reserved exclusively for your party for a comfortable, direct ride to your destination.
Private Vehicle Service
Private transportation is a point-to-point service reserved exclusively for your party. There is no waiting for additional passengers and no other passenger pickups or drop-offs. Pickup times can be coordinated around your personal travel schedule.
Flight Tracking & Personalized Airport Pickup
TelluRides tracks your flight and coordinates your airport pickup around your arrival.
Your driver will greet you as you exit the terminal before baggage claim, holding a sign with your passenger or group name, and will assist with your luggage.
Rates include taxes, fees, and driver gratuity.
24/7 customer support is available for booked guests.
Private Vehicle Options & Passenger Capacity
TelluRides operates Luxury Suburbans and Ford Transit Vans equipped for Colorado mountain and winter driving.
Luxury Suburban: Comfortably accommodates up to 5 passengers.
Ford Transit Van: Available for larger parties, with some vans accommodating up to 14 passengers.
During the winter, vehicles are equipped with winter-grade studded tires, and drivers are experienced with mountain and winter road conditions.
Booking & Confirmation
Advance reservations are recommended and remain subject to vehicle availability.
Once your transportation is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation with your pickup and transportation details.
Flight Delays & Wait Time
TelluRides tracks flight information, but passengers should also notify TelluRides of any flight delays, cancellations, or itinerary changes.
Additional wait-time charges may apply when a flight delay extends the driver's required waiting time.
If a missed connection changes your itinerary, a new transportation reservation may be required.
Additional Stops & Special Requests
Additional stops are available with private transportation and should be requested before the day of travel.
15-minute pre-order pickup: Included
30-minute grocery stop: $45
60-minute grocery stop: $95
Same-day stop requests may incur an additional charge. Unplanned restroom stops are complimentary unless they exceed 15 minutes, at which point an additional fee may apply.
Baggage & Ski Equipment
Your driver will assist with loading and unloading your luggage. Please provide accurate luggage and ski-equipment information when booking so the appropriate vehicle can be arranged.
Oversized or unusual luggage should be disclosed in advance.
Children & Car Seats
Car seats and booster seats are available at no additional charge when requested in advance.
For infants or children with specific fitting requirements, bringing your own car seat is recommended. Failure to request a car seat or booster in advance may result in an additional fee.
Pets & Service Animals
Cats and dogs are permitted on private transportation with advance notice. A $45 fee per pet applies.
Dogs must remain leashed and on the vehicle floor. Cats must remain in a carrier. Additional cleaning charges may apply when necessary.
Service animals are permitted without the pet fee.
After-Hours & Additional Fees
An additional fee applies to private transportation scheduled between 7:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Additional charges may also apply for wait time, same-day stops, or other services outside the standard point-to-point transfer.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 48 hours before pickup for a 90% refund.
Cancellations received within 48 hours of pickup are non-refundable.
Rates, vehicle availability, supplemental charges, and operating policies are subject to change.
