Regular Season Rates
This package is priced for rentals with a first ski day in these date ranges:
- November 1 – December 25, 2026
- January 4 – February 10, 2027
- February 16 – April 30, 2027
If your first ski day falls between December 26, 2026 and January 3, 2027, or February 11–15, 2027, please book the High Demand Dates version of this package.

Ski Packages
Premium Skis
Custom skis designed by Wagner and Parlor. Different skis are available for Type I, II, and III skiers, making this category appropriate for all ability levels.
High Performance Skis
Top-of-the-line demo equipment, including Powder and All-Mountain skis, designed for intermediate through expert skiers.
Performance Skis
Versatile all-mountain skis designed for beginner through intermediate skiers.
First Timer Skis
Softer, more forgiving skis designed specifically for first-time and true beginner skiers.
Tweener Skis
Twin-tip or junior racing skis for advanced children age 16 and under who are under 5 feet tall and weigh more than 90 lbs.
Junior Skis
Beginner skis for children under 90 lbs. with a shoe size smaller than 6.5.
Snowboard Packages
Premium Snowboards
Premium snowboards from Whitespace, designed by Shaun White, for intermediate through expert riders.
High Performance Snowboards
Top-of-the-line demo snowboards for intermediate through expert riders.
Performance Snowboards
Versatile all-mountain snowboards for beginner through intermediate riders.
Junior Snowboards
Beginner snowboards for children under 90 lbs. with a shoe size smaller than 6.5.

- Adult: Ages 13+
- Child: Ages 12 and under
Equipment selection may also depend on the renter's height, weight, shoe size, ability level, and skiing or riding style.
Ordering Instructions
Choose the number of rental days that matches the number of days the renter will use the equipment.
Please complete the required information separately for each renter in your party.
If multiple guests need the same rental product, add the first rental to your shopping bag, update the required fields for the next renter, and add that rental separately. You will have an opportunity to review your selections and renter information before completing checkout.
Rental Minimums & Peak-Date Restrictions
Standard Minimum
Ski Butlers requires a 2-day minimum rental for standard reservations.
Christmas & New Year's
For rentals with a first ski day between December 26, 2026 and January 3, 2027, a 3-day minimum applies.
President's Weekend
The standard 2-day minimum applies for February 11–15, 2027.
Single-Renter Reservations
Ski Butlers does not accept one-person rental orders when the first ski day falls within either of the following periods:
- December 26, 2026–January 3, 2027
- February 11–15, 2027
Your first ski day determines which minimum-rental and single-renter restrictions apply.
Changes & Add-Ons During Your Trip
If you would like to add equipment or accessories, change to a higher-level package, or extend your rental , Ski Butlers can assist during your trip and will charge separately for the additional items or rental days.
If you would like to remove equipment or accessories, change to a lower-level package, or shorten your rental , Ski Butlers may refer the request back to Ski Trip Advisors for approval.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Unused rental packages are refundable at 90% of the amount paid when cancelled at least 48 hours before the rental start date .
No refunds are available for cancellations made within 48 hours of the rental start date or for partially used rental days.
Equipment brands and models are subject to availability. Rental minimums, delivery availability, and other operating policies are subject to change.
