Canyon Transportation Shared Shuttle (Round Trip)

Door-to-door shared shuttle between Salt Lake City International Airport and Kimball Junction, Canyons Village, Park City, and Lower and Upper Deer Valley.

Everyone Must Be on the Same Flight

Canyon Transportation tracks every arriving flight, and your shuttle is tied to the flight listed on your reservation. Everyone on one reservation must be on the same flight. Travelers on different flights need separate reservations.

Not Available in Deer Valley East

Shared shuttle service is currently not available in the Deer Valley East area, including the Grand Hyatt and surrounding properties. Please book a private vehicle.

How the Shared Shuttle Works

Airport arrivals: daily from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM.
Departures to SLC Airport: daily from 4:00 AM to 8:00 PM on a set schedule. Your pickup time is assigned from your flight and may be up to 15 minutes before or after the listed time, so please be outside and ready 15 minutes early.
On arrival, the wait may be up to 30 minutes after you are checked in with luggage in hand.
Typical travel time is about 40 minutes to an hour.

Passengers & Children

Every adult and child counts as a passenger.
6 or more passengers? A private Sprinter van is more affordable. Contact us at 888.315.8747 and we will set it up.
Child car seats are not available on the shared shuttle. Please bring and install your own car or booster seat.

Baggage, Skis & Snowboards

Up to three pieces of luggage per passenger are included.
Skis and snowboards are welcome. List every bag, ski bag, snowboard bag, stroller and oversized item when you book so the right vehicle is assigned.
Fragile items should not be packed in luggage that rides in the cargo area.

Airport Check-In & Flight Delays

After landing, collect all checked luggage first.
Follow the check-in instructions Canyon Transportation sends by text and email, or check in at the Canyon Transportation desk inside the terminal on Level 1 (Ground Transportation).
Canyon Transportation tracks arriving flights, so make sure your airline and flight number are correct.
The Canyon Transportation desk is in Ground Transportation, to the left of Starbucks.
International arrivals: allow extra time for customs.

Cancellation & Changes

Cancel more than 48 hours before your scheduled service for a full refund.
Cancellations within 48 hours, missed pickups and no-shows are non-refundable.
Changes are possible until the driver has been dispatched. After that, a change is treated as a last-minute cancellation and a new reservation is needed.
If weather, road closures or heavy traffic delay service, you will be rebooked on the next available service. Choosing other transportation after being told of a delay is treated as a no-show.

Fees & Policies

Pickups between 2:00 and 5:59 AM carry a $20 early-morning fee per trip.
No smoking or vaping in any vehicle. Cleaning fees may apply for excessive messes.
Your 20% driver gratuity is already included in your Ski Trip Advisors total, so there is no need to tip again if Canyon Transportation texts you a gratuity request after your ride.
Pets and service animals are welcome. Cleaning fees of $150 to $500 may apply for excessive messes.
