Canyon Transportation, Private SUV (1-5 Passengers) Between SLC Airport and Brighton/Solitude

Product Details

Canyon Transportation Private SUV

Private SUV reserved exclusively for your party between SLC Airport and Brighton/Solitude.

Your vehicle is reserved exclusively for your group, with direct service and flexible pickup times.

How Private Service Works

Canyon Transportation tracks arriving flights and coordinates your pickup.
Add Baggage Claim Meet & Greet ($35) to have your driver meet you inside at baggage claim.
For departures, enter your flight and a pickup time will be set to get you to the airport on time.
Includes a complimentary 15-minute stop. Additional stops can be requested and may change the price.
Little and Big Cottonwood Canyons can close for storms or avalanche control. If that happens, Canyon Transportation will contact you and reschedule at no extra cost.

Vehicle, Baggage & Children

Full-size 4x4 SUV for 1 to 5 passengers (Suburban, Yukon XL, Escalade or Navigator class).
Skis and snowboards are welcome. List every bag, ski bag, snowboard bag, stroller and oversized item when you book so the right vehicle is assigned.
Child car seats and booster seats are available on request. Enter the number of seats and each child's age and weight when you book.
SUVs have no roof racks or cargo boxes. For five passengers with lots of ski gear, choose the Sprinter van.

Airport Check-In & Flight Delays

After landing, collect all checked luggage first.
Follow the check-in instructions Canyon Transportation sends by text and email, or check in at the Canyon Transportation desk inside the terminal on Level 1 (Ground Transportation).
Canyon Transportation tracks arriving flights, so make sure your airline and flight number are correct.
The Canyon Transportation desk is in Ground Transportation, to the left of Starbucks.
International arrivals: allow extra time for customs.

Cancellation & Changes

Cancel more than 48 hours before your scheduled service for a full refund.
Cancellations within 48 hours, missed pickups and no-shows are non-refundable.
Changes are possible until the driver has been dispatched. After that, a change is treated as a last-minute cancellation and a new reservation is needed.
If weather, road closures or heavy traffic delay service, you will be rebooked on the next available service. Choosing other transportation after being told of a delay is treated as a no-show.
To cancel, email vacations@skitripadvisors.com with your name and reservation number.
