Pick up your equipment at the Jackson Hole Sports shop you choose when you book. Gear can be picked up after 3:00 PM the day before your first ski day, so you can head straight to the lifts in the morning.

Prefer delivery? Choose JH Ski Delivery and Jackson Hole Sports will bring your gear to your lodging and fit it there. Delivery is available on rental orders over $250 and is booked at the standard walk-in rate; the 15% savings applies to shop pickup. Enter your lodging address and preferred delivery time when you book.

Unused rental packages are refundable at 90% of the amount paid when cancelled at least 48 hours before the rental start date.

No refund is available for cancellations made within 48 hours of the rental start date or for partially used rental days.
