Your first ski day must fall within the date range for the Jackson Hole lift ticket product you are purchasing.
For Ski Trip Advisors discounted Advance Purchase Rates, lift tickets must be purchased at least 7 days before your first ski day. Orders placed inside 7 days of use cannot be honored and will be cancelled.
Jackson Hole uses tiered, limited-quantity pricing. The earlier you purchase, the better your opportunity to secure the lowest available rate.
Jackson Hole limits the number of lift tickets sold each day to manage mountain capacity and maintain the guest experience. Popular dates can sell out.
There is no waitlist for sold-out dates. If the date you request is no longer available, your order will be voided and you will be notified.
Availability on our site is updated periodically, not in real time. Jackson Hole's ticket inventory changes throughout the day, so a date may sell out at the resort before it is removed from our site. If your selected date sells out before we secure your ticket, your order will be voided and you will be notified.
Your lift ticket is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation email from Ski Trip Advisors. Submitting an order does not guarantee resort inventory.
Your ski days do not have to be consecutive. Your first ski day establishes the beginning of your ticket window, and you may choose which days to ski within that window.
Once your multi-day ticket is confirmed, you do not need to reserve the individual ski days within your valid ticket window.
Ski Trip Advisors also offers 8-, 9-, and 10-day lift tickets. Please contact us if you do not see the ticket duration you need online.
Lift ticket purchases are refundable at 90% of the amount paid when cancelled at least 7 days before the ticket start date.
Tickets are non-refundable within 7 days of the ticket start date. Lift tickets are also non-transferable.
Once your lift tickets are confirmed, Ski Trip Advisors will send you an email containing your Jackson Hole confirmation and QR code for J Card pickup.
Lift Ticket Pick-Up Boxes
Scan the QR code from your confirmation at a Jackson Hole Lift Ticket Pick-Up Box. The machine will print your RFID J Card with your lift ticket loaded. Pick-Up Boxes are located at several locations in Teton Village and in the Town of Jackson.
Ticket Window / Guest Services
You may also pick up your J Card at a Jackson Hole lift ticket or Guest Services window. Bring a valid photo ID and your Ski Trip Advisors confirmation.
Ski Trip Advisors issues new J Cards for these orders. We are not able to reload an existing J Card.
Keep your J Card in an empty pocket away from cell phones, credit cards, or other RFID lift cards so it can scan properly at the lift gates.
Jackson Hole manages daily lift ticket capacity. Popular dates may sell out and there is no waitlist for sold-out dates.
Your order is not confirmed until Ski Trip Advisors has secured the lift ticket and sent you a confirmation email.
Lift tickets are date-specific and non-transferable. Date changes or other modifications remain subject to current resort availability, pricing, and supplier policy.
Please review the skier name, birthdate, age category, first ski date, and number of ski days carefully before submitting your order.
Jackson Hole lift ticket pricing, availability, operating policies, and mountain access are subject to change.
